Initial Assessment/Evaluation

This Initial Assessment/Evaluation is it—the defining moment when you life changes for the better! This 1-hour session, will introduce you to the benefits of Pilates and gives you an opportunity to work one-on-one with an instructor before joining group classes.  We will review your health history, go through various exercises on the equipment, and talk about next steps.

Group Equipment Classes

We keep our class sizes small—no more than 8 students per class. The classes offer a variety of workouts using all of the Pilates equipment and range from beginning classes to more challenging higher level class. It is the most affordable option for your Pilates workout.

Recorded Online Mat Classes

Join us for an online mat class from the comfort of your home!  We offer modifications, as well as challenges, using small props (light weights, stretchy bands, small soft ball, foam roller, Pilates circle).

Private Sessions

At the current time, Northwest Core Balance does not offer private one-on-one sessions, only group classes.
