This introductory session is MANDATORY prior to taking group classes.
This introductory session will go over your health history, show you equipment setup, take you through exercises, and then talk about next steps. We require this private introductory session so we can see how your body moves, show you equipment setup, and recommend modifications if you wish to enter group classes.
For this very reason, is why we don’t offer a free intro class. Simply, it’s not safe for you when you’re unfamiliar with Pilates equipment. If you do have experience with Pilates equipment, we CAN waive the introductory session. Just email, or call, and we’ll be happy to discuss with you!
