Tiffany Ng
Pilates Instructor
Originally from Hong Kong, Tiffany has always been drawn to movement and mindful practice. After 15 years of dancing, she discovered Pilates as a way of reconnecting with her body and quickly fell in love with its blend of strength, precision, and fluidity. What began as a personal practice soon grew into a passion for helping others feel at home in their bodies and stronger in everyday life.
Tiffany is classically trained under Jessica Schultz, having completed her Level I certification and currently advancing through Level II. Her teaching focuses on body awareness, alignment, and mindful connection, inviting clients to move with intention and curiosity.
Outside the studio, Tiffany works as a UX designer and project manager. When she is not at work or at the studio, Tiffany enjoys running, bouldering, weight training, dancing, pottery, photography, traveling, and spending time with her cat and loved ones.
