Ellie’s students appreciate her warm, inviting instructional style and her anatomical expertise. Her passion is helping clients connect with their bodies and fall in love with the transformative power of Pilates. She began practicing Pilates 100 pounds heavier than she is today, seeking a movement practice that was accessible and could help her build strength, flexibility, and balance. In Pilates, she found exactly that. Ellie is trained in Classical Pilates and focuses her continuing education on pelvic floor strength, hip mobility, and peri/menopause support.
