Growing up in San Francisco, Natalie has always lived a very active life. She began taking dance class at the age of two, studying ballet, contemporary, jazz and tap well into her adolescence. After the birth of her son, she started practicing yoga as a way to reconnect with her body and mind. In 2017 she became a client of NW Core Balance, thus beginning her love of pilates! Inspired by her own transformation, Natalie set out to obtain teaching certifications in both pilates and yoga and looks forward to assisting you on your path to well-being! When she’s not at the studio she stays busy keeping up with her son and adorable mini-Aussie, Chase.
