Since 2011, NW Core Balance has been helping both men and women in the SW Portland Metro area build strength, balance, and confidence through Pilates and fitness training.

We offer private sessions as well as small group equipment classes so you’ll receive personalized attention at every level. Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or looking to advance your practice, we’ll guide you through workouts that improve posture, mobility, and overall strength.

Group Classes

Group equipment classes are our most popular format to take Pilates! In our equipment classes, we offer classes at every level of difficulty (Beginner, Beginner/Low Intermediate, Low Intermediate, and High Intermediate) so you will always be placed in a class appropriate for your abilities!

Private Sessions

Private sessions are tailored just for you! Want to address specific needs before joining a group equipment class? Would prefer to work one-on-one only? Then private sessions are the way to go!  They will be tailored just for you, and your schedule!
