At NW Core Balance in Tualatin, OR, we want every client to feel welcome, safe, and supported.
Our studio policies are designed to create a positive experience for everyone—whether you’re
new to Pilates or Weight Training, or, are an established client.

Studio Policies

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Advanced Booking: We recommend booking your Pilates or weight training sessions in advance to reserve your spot.
  • Cancellations: Please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your class or session to avoid being charged.
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to hold your spot for safety reasons.

Studio Etiquette

  • Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to set up and get settled.
  • Attire: Wear comfortable clothing that allows full movement. Either grip socks (or bare feet) are
    required for Pilates classes–no regular socks, please.  Sturdy shoes required for weight training sessions.
  • Phones: Silence your phone to maintain a focused and supportive environment.
  • Respect: Be mindful of others and the shared studio space.

Safety & Hygiene

  • Clean Equipment: We ask clients to wipe down equipment after use.
  • Health First: If you’re not feeling well, please reschedule your class for the safety of others.
  • No Scents: Please no smokers, no perfume! Due to allergy concerns for our clients and our staff,
    lingering odors on clothing is not what we want to smell in our studio.
  • Instructor Guidance: Always follow instructor directions to ensure proper form and avoid injury.

Payments & Packages

  • Payment Due: All classes and training sessions must be paid for in advance.
  • Expiration Dates: Packages and memberships must be used within the specified time frame.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds, but we are happy to help you reschedule or adjust your package as needed.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cannot make your reserved session, please cancel at least 24-hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your session.  This is a courtesy to other clients who might want to schedule a session at that time.  Thank you for your understanding!
